Customer had purchased this property in Newton Mearns and there was only one toilet in the house, also they were moving into the property in 10 days time and wanted a new toilet and shower room done before moving in, on the second floor there was an old boiler cupboard, so along with that and some space from the bedroom we were able to create a full modern new bathroom in 9 days start to finish, they were willing to pay a little extra to get the job done. All new services had to brought to this part of the house as well as drainage run back to main drains.
