A project we completed which brought joy to the household and also added value to the property. We split one large bedroom which was the complete depth of the house, into a separate dressing and wardrobe area as well as a complete en suite with small storage leading into loft area. Water services and drainage had to be brought to this part of the house as well and new electrical circuits.
