Dundee Project

Dundee was one of our more interesting and challenging projects last year, an exisitng client of ours has a rental property in Dundee which was in a bad state after a long term problematic tennent was removed. We had 3 weeks to completely rip out and refurbish the property top to bottom, which included a completely new kitchen layout, full bathroom refurbishment upgrading of central heating pipework and radiators. striping and decorating all walls ceilings and woodwork, the fitting of new doors and ironmongery, all new floor surfaces as well as the creation of a new en-suite and a large master bedroom storage space by taking space from the roof area, this involved running new drainage to existing soil stacks and bringing water supplies to the new en-suite, project was handed back to customer 15 working days after we got keys, with the property being empty we thought it would be best to stay there and maximise working hours and come back to Glasgow for the weekends.
