This client wanted to refurbish his existing rental property to make generate more money via airbnb, complete peoperty was painted decorsted, new central heating pipewpork and radiators, all floors replaced, an large alcove space in one of the rooms was turned into  a cloakroom w.c. with a wall hung wash hand baisn, kitchen was completely ripped out and redone to give a much modern look, also the property was fitted out  with mains powered smoke alarm, heat alarm, and co alarm and all cables were concealed. the main toiletwas ripped out and totally redone.
